One Marylebone Road
One Marylebone Road was designed by Sir John Soane. The building was deconsecrated 50 years ago and finally returned to its former glory in 2007, opening its doors as London’s most exciting new events venue.
The Soane Hall is an elegant room that holds up to 180 for a dinner/dance or 350 for a reception and is ideal for concerts, parties, conferences and exhibitions. The Gallery on the first floor can cater for 200 for a standing reception, 160 for a conference and 100 for a sit down dinner. A stunning room with its floor to ceiling windows and decorated with seven handmade crystal chandeliers, it is ideally suited for lunches, dinner parties, cocktail receptions, art shows and launch events although it has also become a firm favorite as a wedding destination.
Running alongside the church hidden from the road is the garden which is perfect both for additional space for your event or as a space on its own. Whether a summer wedding under a marquee, a balmy evening drinks party or extra exhibition space, the garden, can offer it all.
