On 23rd September Sir Cameron Mackintosh of The Mackintosh Foundation presented a Sunshine Coach in association with the musical Oliver to the Variety Club Charity.

For the past 160 years, The House of St Barnabas has supported homeless people in Soho and its surrounds. It aims to help them by teaching skills and through mentoring. The charity’s success of helping the homeless regain their confidence to find employment and accommodation is becoming increasingly recognised, not only by private supporters but also the government.

There are few places more recognisable in London than Westminster Abbey. An architectural masterpiece, it represents a unique pageant of British history as it is the place of the coronation, marriage and burial of British monarchs since 1066. It could not have been a more perfect summer evening, with the sun’s rays still filtering through on to the cool stone of the abbey’s East Cloister.

On the evening of May 22nd 2009, Mackintosh’s helped launch Pinesoft into bigger, busier times. Summer is the best time to buy fresh British produce as it is at its best at this time of the year. To really take advantage of this you should try and frequent one of London’s many food markets. Borough and Greenwich are two of the most famous, but why not try a more local farmers market.

The luxury hotel and restaurant association, Relais & Chateaux located on Beauchamp Place, asked Mackintosh’s to cater for its South of France themed event for its Provencale, French Riviera and Corsican delegation.

Mackintosh’s was extremely honoured to win the tender to cater, despite fierce competition, for the Brent Museum’s Egyptian exhibition of the Gayer-Anderson Cat from the British Museum.
