Summer Fling

Ingredients:

25ml Sweet Martini bianco (dry)
25ml Campari
150ml Carbonated water
Twist of peel of Lemon

Instructions:

Pour Campari and sweet vermouth over ice cubes in a tall glass. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Garnish with a slice of watermelon to finish off this deliciously fruity cocktail.
