Tomato salad

Requires:

2 heirloom tomatoes
1 bunch fresh basil
Roasted garlic olive oil
Tangerine balsamic vinegar
Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Wash tomatoes and cut into bite-size chunks.
  2. Toss in a mixing bowl with roasted garlic olive oil, chopped fresh basil and tangerine balsamic vinegar.
  3. Let tomatoes marinate for a half hour before serving.
