With Christmas now faded into the far recesses of our minds and January a mere blur in the rear view mirror of 2008, the year is moving on and February is promising to be another exciting month for Mackintosh′s.
Having established some exciting new relationships already this year, we are looking forward to many new and exciting challenges in 2008 and, with the wedding planning season underway, our chefs are busy nibbling, quibbling and ruminating in order to create some original and delicious menus for the year ahead!
Take a look at the recipe of the month and create a tasty treat to warm family and friends on a chilly February evening and why not start the evening with a cocktail of the month or two?!
